合唱指一种集体性的歌唱艺术。在合唱中，人员分成若干声部，分别采用不同的旋律，同时唱歌。这类表演团队被称为合唱团或者合唱队。参加的人员则称做合唱团员或者合唱队员，其所演唱的歌曲称作合唱音乐，但也常遇到将合唱当做合唱团或合唱音乐的简称。

简单说来 合唱是一群身怀不同绝技的人共同演绎一首乐曲

In simple terms Chorus is a team of different people with different unique skills corporately deducing a piece of music

(S)女高音 Soprano  (A)女中音 Alto

(T)男高音 Tenor    (B)男低音 Bass

和(C)童声  Children

其中女高音主要负责主旋律，其余声部一起演唱时叫做和声
